Résumé : Le contexte social actuel amène à poser la question du rapport des adolescents au droit. Au début du siècle dernier, Piaget cherchait déjà à le comprendre au travers de l’étude du jugement moral chez l’enfant. Depuis, les travaux sur le sujet n’ont cessé d’évoluer. Pour ce travail nous avons mis en relation droit et psychologie et nous avons étudié la représentation sociale du droit de trois populations : des collégiens, des enseignants de collège et des juristes.
