Résumé : Depuis la création d’un corps d’Etat, les différentes vagues de recrutement ont modelé le groupe des enseignant-e-s du premier degré en termes de catégories sociales, de sexe et de socialisations. Comment expliquer ce choix professionnel dans une académie qui connaît un cumul de fragilités qui ne sont pas sans effets sur le métier ? C’est pourquoi, interroger la sexuation du métier, les socialisations qui ont pu infléchir la décision, comme les premiers emplois proche du monde l’enfance apparaît heuristique pour comprendre qui sont les femmes et les hommes qui embrassent, aujourd’hui, la carrière de professeur-e des écoles dans un contexte socio-économique incertain ?

Becoming a primary school teacher in Créteil : access to a job through incitative socializations
Abstract  : Since the creation of a state body, the various waves of recruitment have shaped the group of first-level teachers in terms of social categories, gender and socialization. How to explain this professional choice in an academy that knows an accumulation of fragilities that are not without effects on the trade ? This is why, questioning the sexuation of the profession, the socializations that have influenced the decision, as the first jobs close to the world childhood appears heuristic to understand who are the women and men who embrace the career today Of teachers in an uncertain socio-economic context ?
